Over a long while my friend Dan and I have traveled all over the American West to backpack.  We usually had a camera or two along.  Without too many words here are some of the places we've been.  We've gone with our wives and friends from time to time also.  In the past few years Bob has joined us as a regular and a very welcome addition.  I'd like to add that Justhost.com killed off my old website and the backup from that "service" failed so I'm starting again from scratch.  I don't like the photo quality on Weebly that's life.
I've split things up into regions and/or mountain ranges.  Included are several canyons in the Four Corners region, coastal visits, the Columbia River Gorge, some Oregon State Parks, and other odds and ends along the way.  There are day hikes, backpacking trips, and lazy car camping trips.  Some of the photos are quite old, many decades.  (Or will be once I get caught up more with this.)
